At Harfield's Pet Retreat, your furry friends are our priority! We understand that every dog has their own needs, so we offer our guests different activities based on their preferences to ensure they have a perfect stay without any stress.


As well as providing treats and bedtime biscuits free of charge, we also ask owners to bring along familiar food - an abrupt diet change can often lead to tummy troubles or other unpleasantness for our four-legged guests.


We want all of our four-legged guests to have the same unforgettable experience, so we offer one retreat package for all our guests.

A day at Harfields Pet Retreat

Good morning (8am)

Morning cuddles and attention to our guests. They will be let outside into the paddocks to toilet and stretch their legs.

Breakfast is served

Breakfast to fill your pooch up so that they are then ready for their morning activity session.

Activity Session 1

Our guests will be given access to one of our activity paddocks, where they will be encouraged by a member of staff, to stretch their legs and have fun.

TV, Snooze & Enrichment (12pm)

Our guests will make their way back to their suites for a nap. TVs will be switched on or relaxation music played throughout. Licki mats, puzzle toys, kongs and snacks are served.

Activity Session 2

Outdoor games will be played in our activity areas, including tug games, fetch and exploratory activities.

Dinner is served (4:30pm)

After a little nap time after activity session two, our guests will be served their dinner, just like at home.

Evening Stroll

All dogs will go out into our paddocks for an evening stroll and to toilet before bedtime.


Once back in their suites, all dogs are tucked up into bed and given a bed-time biscuit.

Bed Time

Lights out is at 21:00 and we do a final check on all of our guest and make sure they are happy and comfortable.


We also check on CCTV throughout the night to ensure they are settled.
